Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and blending of ingredients to create high-quality food products. This position requires a strong understanding of food processing and safety standards, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to specified recipes and guidelines.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation practices are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor blending processes, adjusting settings as necessary to achieve desired consistency and quality.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic maintenance as needed.
Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) throughout all stages of food production.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including measuring and cutting using knives and other kitchen tools.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production goals.
Experience
Previous experience in food processing or food production is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately are required.
Experience working in a kitchen environment is advantageous, especially in roles involving sanitation and food handling.
A passion for baking or culinary arts is a plus, contributing to creativity in ingredient blending and product development.
