TIG Welder

Join Our Manufacturing Team!

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for welding various metals, including cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, to produce high-quality lighting fixtures.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.

  • Measure and inspect finished work pieces to ensure accuracy.

  • Stage completed products for shipment.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced welding certification or degree preferred.

  • Previous experience with TIG welding, especially with cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

  • Knowledge of welding techniques, heat settings, and speeds.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Flexible to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $19-$26/hour ($1 more for 2nd shift)

  • Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, plus overtime and Saturdays as needed.
