• Check production schedules and deadlines, and adjust them as needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Track orders and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Communicate with project managers and provide updates on the status of materials and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on materials and equipment status.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to the supplier.
