Warehouse Associate
Location: Twin Lakes, Wisconsin Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
Our Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll support our service technicians, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure materials move efficiently through the warehouse. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and store incoming materials with accuracy and care
Unload shipments from suppliers, verifying accuracy, quality, and condition
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records, including counts, labeling, and stock rotation
Prepack jobs and/or job boxes for service technicians
Fill DI tanks following established procedures and safety standards
Assist service technicians by preparing job materials and verifying all components
Communicate with upper management regarding production schedules, inventory levels, and operational needs
Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report issues promptly
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Support general warehouse operations and cross-department needs as required
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required (up to 90LBS)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking
Forklift experience or certification is a plus (or we will train)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced warehouse environment
Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand tools
