Warehouse Associate

Location: Twin Lakes, Wisconsin Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Our Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll support our service technicians, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure materials move efficiently through the warehouse. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming materials with accuracy and care

  • Unload shipments from suppliers, verifying accuracy, quality, and condition

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

  • Load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including counts, labeling, and stock rotation

  • Prepack jobs and/or job boxes for service technicians

  • Fill DI tanks following established procedures and safety standards

  • Assist service technicians by preparing job materials and verifying all components

  • Communicate with upper management regarding production schedules, inventory levels, and operational needs

  • Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report issues promptly

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

  • Support general warehouse operations and cross-department needs as required

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred

  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required (up to 90LBS)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking

  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus (or we will train)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting

  • Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand tools

Pay

  • Based on exp and knowledge
