This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll stay active, work with a solid team, and play a key part in keeping operations efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris from work areas
- Break down cardboard and remove packaging waste
- Strip pallets (remove plastic wrap and materials)
- Empty and maintain trash and recycling stations
- Assist with unloading and staging pallets as needed
- Support general warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
- Jump in to help production and shipping teams when needed
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and reliability (show up, work hard, get it done)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical, active work (standing, bending, moving all shift)
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and safe
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse or sanitation experience is a plus—but not required
