Quality Assurance Associate (Temp-to-hire)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for various tasks to ensure the safety and quality of our products. You will work under the guidance of the Director of Quality Assurance and perform tasks like customer surveys, documentation, lab testing, and maintaining process control.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various QA functions, including FSMA and SQF tasks, and lab testing.
Conduct regular facility audits, document findings, and communicate them effectively.
Research scientific and regulatory materials to answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues.
Manage finished product information and release products in our system.
Generate specialty certificates for international shipments.
Participate in various teams related to safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
Maintain and update product information in our software.
Receive raw materials, verify specifications, and perform tests on products.
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Qualifications:

Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $16/hour
