Job Description

Punch Press Setup Operator

We are hiring a skilled Punch Press Setup Operator to join our team on 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. If you have a solid background in manufacturing and a knack for precision, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate manual punch presses or equivalent machinery.

  • Work with automatic coils (experience is a plus).

  • Perform setups for both progressive and compound dies (experience is a plus).

  • Lift and move materials, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Stand for the duration of the shift.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of manufacturing/machining experience is required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Basic shop math skills are a must.

 

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
