Responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and supporting efficient production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
•Inspect products for quality defects and compliance with specifications
•Trim, assemble, sort, and package finished products
•Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality issues
•Complete required production and quality documentation
•Maintain a clean and organized work area
•Follow all safety policies and procedures
•Assist with material handling and movement of product as needed
•Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
•Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Basic math and problem-solving skills
•Reliable attendance and punctuality
