Inbound Warehouse Clerk & Client Service Representative (Hybrid Role)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and self motivated team member for a hybrid role that combines inbound warehouse operations with client service support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both warehouse processes and customer facing operations.
The role is split between warehouse responsibilities in the morning and client service coordination in the afternoon.
Typical Day in This Role

Morning – Warehouse Operations
In the mornings, the employee will work within the warehouse assisting with inbound client materials for Target.
Responsibilities include:
Validating and reviewing inbound shipments against expected deliveries
Comparing received materials to shipment documentation
Identifying and documenting discrepancies or non conformance issues in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Monitoring reported issues through resolution
Assisting in resolving previously reported non conformance issues

Afternoon – Client Service Support
In the afternoons, the employee will focus on client service and issue resolution activities.
Responsibilities include:
Updating and maintaining the shared non conformance tracker used with the client
Tracking open issues and ensuring timely follow up
Communicating and coordinating internally to drive issue resolution
Maintaining accurate records and status updates
