We are actively hiring a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for a company in plating industry. The Production Supervisor will be accountable for the entire production department from racking, plating, shipping and quality.

Specific duties:
• Scheduling & meeting due dates driven by an ability to prioritize Customers' needs
• Provide necessary training to improve scheduling & plating performance
• Manage sales to labor ratios
• Work closely with Quality personnel to help identify and resolve customer quality issues
• Work with Lab personnel to identity and troubleshoot potential production slow-downs or quality issues
• Drive process and quality improvements
• Work closely with Owners on planning and growth initiatives

Qualities, Skills and Experience Needed:
• Minimum 5 years in production supervisory role
• Scheduling and time management skills
• Management & Leadership skills
• Ability to motivate others
• Strong analytic skills,
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is not necessary but a plus
