Maintenance Technician

Join Our Technical Team!

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize our production equipment and facility. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to: CNC machines, presses, conveyors, and HVAC systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including 480V/240V, 3-phase, and single-phase power distribution, motor controls, and PLC systems.

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.

  • Perform welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repairs.

  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques, such as root cause analysis and predictive maintenance.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Technical trade school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance.

  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (preferred).

  • Welding and fabrication experience (preferred).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $26-30/hour

  • Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, weekdays.
