Maintenance Technician

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize our production equipment and facility. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to: CNC machines, presses, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including 480V/240V, 3-phase, and single-phase power distribution, motor controls, and PLC systems.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Perform welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repairs.
Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques, such as root cause analysis and predictive maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Technical trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (preferred).
Welding and fabrication experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay rate: $26-30/hour
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, weekdays.
