Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator - Level 2 to operate our broach machines. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
Operate broach machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Work with older machines, including punch press and rotation machines.
Perform tasks involving small component assembly.
Lift and move heavy materials and products.
Maintain good hand-eye coordination.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Complete tasks thoroughly and quickly.
Qualifications:
Any machining experience is a plus.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Schedule:
Mandatory overtime of 5 hours per week (can be worked during the week or on Saturday).

Location:
South side of Racine, WI (on bus route).
