We are looking for a candidate for a Lead Position, in (Assembly/Shipping/Receiving)

The department is assembles all the pieces we need as well as making custom shipping containers from wood. There is a painter apart of the team who is considered part of assembly. The team consists of 10+ people.
Â
Ideally we would want the candidate to have 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Â
Bilingual would be preferable but not a requirement.
Â
Starting pay $20.00 per hour BUT NEGOTIABLE based on experience.

• Training new hires.
• Complete shipping reports.
• Create shipping documents and enter shipment information.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Order material when needed.
• Communicating in a transparent and constructive manner.
• Encouraging the staff to collaborate so that the business can profit.
• Obtaining input and settling disputes.
