Powder Coater
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team! You will be responsible for applying powder finishes to various parts, ensuring they meet or exceed our high-quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Apply powder finishes to parts and components with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Prepare surfaces for coating, ensuring they are clean and ready for treatment.
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in powder coating.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical activities, including standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to powder coating operations.
Experience with CARC application is a plus.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
