Job Description:
Provide limited income families with the services and assistance necessary to prevent and or alleviate energy-related emergencies from occurring, while promoting initiatives that result in a family’s long-term self-sufficiency.
This very rewarding position is a combination of processing applications either in person with the customer or over the phone to establish the eligibility for energy assistance, collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders within the community, attending community events to serve the low income population of the counties listed above, specifically veterans, disabled, elderly and families with young children.

Qualifications
Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income household
Excellent customer service, math and computer skills.
Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills are also a plus.

8:30am-5pm MWF 8:30am-6pm T/TH
$19 English speaking, $20/hour English/Spanish or English/Hmong speaking
