Industrial Painter

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Painter to join our growing production team. In this multi-skilled role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and timely completion of our painted products. You'll be responsible for applying a variety of coatings to manufactured goods and structures, utilizing various techniques and equipment.
What You'll Do:
Inspect items for defects and ensure a smooth painting surface.
Mix and match paints to achieve the perfect color and consistency as per customer specifications.
Operate painting equipment, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes, with precision and efficiency.
Maintain a watchful eye on the painting process, identify any flaws, and promptly address them.
Operate overhead cranes and lifting devices to safely move materials and equipment.
Prepare finished products for shipping by racking them on skids and transferring them to designated areas.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment by maintaining the paint booth, equipment, and keeping track of paint supplies.
Document paint usage and maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For:
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts (or willingness to obtain certification).
The ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.
At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production painting environment (experience in residential, carpentry, or commercial painting is not transferable).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial production painting environment (prior experience in residential, carpentry or commercial painting is not transferable).
The ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
The ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
