Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources. You will be responsible for cultivating a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and implement improvements.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
2-5 years of HR generalist experience.
Experience with Paylocity (preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
