Grinder Operator – Manufacturing

What You’ll Do
- Feed materials into industrial grinding equipment
- Operate forklifts as needed (approx. 25% of duties)
- Monitor machine operation and maintain steady production flow
- Perform basic quality checks and ensure product consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support overall production needs as required
What You Bring
- Prior forklift experience required
- Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
