Job Description

About the Summer Driver Role

The Summer Driver is responsible for setting up event equipment and operating non-CDL box trucks ranging from 14' to 24'. This position requires heavy lifting, weekend availability, and a valid, insurable driver's license.

Responsibilities of the Summer Driver:

  • Set up tents, tables, and other event equipment

  • Drive non-CDL box trucks ranging from 14' to 24'

  • Safely transport and deliver equipment

  • Assist with event setup and installation

  • Train with experienced drivers on the safe operation of box trucks

Requirements of the Summer Driver:

  • Valid, insurable driver's license

  • Clean driving record with no extensive moving violations

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting

  • Must be available to work weekends

  • Ability to work a floating schedule
