We have an immediate opening for a Restoration Estimator/Project Manager to join our team of professionals. Employees provide water and fire emergency response 24/7/365, for homes and commercial properties when disasters happen. They are an Emergency Preferred Vendor with many of the nation s top insurance companies, and member of elite contractor networks.

Other services we provide are carpet cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, content manipulation and packouts, specialty drying, and some construction. On-the-job and formal training will be provided to build upon candidate s existing restoration experience.

Position Description
Assess damages and write professional, well organized, thorough estimates within designated time frames using Xactimate
Organize and manage multiple emergency service mitigation projects simultaneously
Create invoices for completed jobs
Provide timely communications with customers, insurance adjusters and agents
Maintain acceptable sales levels and profit margins
Assure all team members are working according to industry standards

Background Profile
3+ years experience in the Restoration Industry, estimating jobs, specifically water mitigation (construction & fire a plus)
2+ years Project Management/Xactimate Estimating Experience is a MUST!
Experience with DASH software a PLUS!
Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality and exceptional customer service
Ability to read, understand and interpret moisture readings, drying progression reports, scopes of work documents and notes.
Must be tech savvy and proficient with smartphones and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project & Outlook)
Experience with DryTrack, Moisture Mapper, MICA, and Restore365 desirable
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed-oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable and wears a smile
Works well in a team environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
College degree preferred but not required
IICRC certification in WRT preferred but not required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
