RF Calibration Technician Lead
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced RF Calibration Technician Lead to support the smooth operation of our Calibration and Temperature Testing area. In this role, you will not only ensure the integrity of our production processes but also provide crucial technical assistance to your fellow team members and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize our workflows.

Responsibilities:
Perform expert soldering, repair, and testing of electronic components and circuit board products to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain unwavering quality standards in all activities, adhering to ISO requirements to guarantee product excellence.
Proactively maintain and enhance technical competency, staying at the forefront of new technology and industry trends.
Conduct thorough Product Yield Analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance production efficiency.
Keep accurate and detailed records of data for in-depth statistical analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Provide support to Production duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
Work some overtime as required to meet critical delivery objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
$24/hr
