Dry Blending Operator

Join Our Production Team!

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dry Blending Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient blending of dry products according to production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow production instructions to accurately measure and combine ingredients.

  • Operate blending equipment to produce high-quality products.

  • Package and label finished products according to specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and stack 50-pound bags.

  • Willingness to be clean-shaven for respirator fit.

  • Previous food production experience preferred.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $18/hour

  • Shift: 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Thursday
