Summary:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Contribute to team goals by assisting with training and coaching.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management software.
Experience in a call center environment preferred.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay rate: $18
Shift: 1st
