Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
  • 1/3 to of the time is spent on the phone, so the person going into this role should be confident when it comes to answering the phones
    • Must be able to ask the right questions on the phone and diagnose issues before the call gets redirected.
  • Needs to have Admin background.
    • Will do filing
    • Data entry
    • Internet savvy
      • Will be looking up invoices online
    • Will use Scanner/Copier
  • Must have experience in
    • MS Office
    • Quickbooks
  • If they have experience in a Call Center that would be great, but not needed.
  • Does not need to have an accounting background, but good to have.
  • Does not have to have construction background
  • This position will eventually need to be on the Saturday rotation schedule to have 40 hours a week, so a day off during the week.
  • This person will need to have a clean background and needs to be insurable for driving.
  • This position will need to be flexible and a go with the flow type of person.
