For the Distribution Center -
Core Technical Requirements:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Outlook)
• Excel skills should include:
o VLOOKUP (or similar lookup functions)
o Pivot tables
o Basic data organization and reporting
• Beginner-level experience with Python (required)
o Ability to perform basic data manipulation or scripting
o Willingness to further develop skills on the job
• General understanding of hardware and network connections:
o Troubleshooting printers and updating network credentials
o Partnering with the Fulfillment Director to troubleshoot minor or recurring issues with RF scanning devices
o Coordinating with online support teams for issues that cannot be resolved on-site

• Exposure to or interest in:
o Excel Macros and/or VBA (Visual Basic)
o Power BI or other data visualization tools

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer & Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree (e.g., 3–5+ years of relevant hands-on experience with the technical skills listed above)
