Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all incoming invoices for payment. This role involves reviewing, prioritizing, and processing invoices, auditing expense reimbursements, maintaining vendor files, and reconciling statements, all while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum two years of prior accounts payable experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures.
Ability to follow established company procedures.
Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately.
Pay Rate: $22 - $28/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
