Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and effective communication.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and recordkeeping.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to support current clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Assist with customer renewals and account management.
Communication & Organization:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
Qualifications:
BA/BS or Associate's degree preferred.
Previous sales experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
