A believer in the unexpected paths life can take, my journey to becoming a Business Development Manager at Halpin Staffing Services began in 2013, far from my original background in education. I started at the front desk, where I learned the staffing industry from the ground up. That foundation proved invaluable as I transitioned into an operations role and eventually discovered my true passion: building lasting connections with our clients and associates.
Today, as a Business Development Manager, I’m dedicated to creating and nurturing strong relationships within our community. I take a hands-on, lead-by-example approach and value loyalty, discipline, and collaboration in everything I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, event planning, playing sports, watching football, and exploring the outdoors on our UTV/ATV.
