Surface mount technology (SMT) is a design and fabrication process that replaces the through-hole

mounting of PCB components with direct placement on the printed circuit board surface.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Quality Inspection conducts and oversees the inspection of all raw materials, manufactured parts/components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with all contract specifications and quality program requirements according to Company and ISO standards. • The floater performs all duties in the department that he/she is assigned to for that day. This includes the operation of various fabrication equipment if instructed by the lead/supervisor.

• Utilizing the tools in that department to perform the job.

JOB PURPOSE:

setup and operate TIG/welding equipment; weld cold rolled steel and aluminum.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Pass certification test on proper setup and operation of all welding equipment

• Correctly punch in and out on all job assignments

• Utilize hand TIG welder to consistently produce quality seam and tack welds

• Working from ordinary blueprints, layouts, sketches, templates and/or instructions, operate hand TIG welder to produce high quality lightweight to heavyweight weld assemblies

• Set tools, gauges and stops and align work for close tolerance

• Check work using simple scales, calipers and/or other measuring tools to maintain quality

• Dimensional measuring and simple math competence with excellent dexterity and deftness skills

• Prior experience using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Lay out work as required

• Ability to work within a team environment and possess a positive, "can do" attitude

The Production Expediter moves materials and finished goods in the plant or on plant grounds with industrial lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Supports assembly operations by ensuring components and sub-assemblies are staged and available to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primary function of organizing, staging, and delivering material for specific jobs and supporting production in a manner that prevents work stoppages in the production area.

• Acts as the interface between Materials and Production, collaborating daily with work centers to facilitate the flow of materials, parts, and picks required to fulfill customer orders and jobs.

• Moves materials from storage or work sites to designated areas using power equipment

• Loads/unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves or into or from vehicles.
