Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and blending of ingredients to create high-quality food products. This position requires a strong understanding of food processing and safety standards, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to specified recipes and guidelines.

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation practices are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Monitor blending processes, adjusting settings as necessary to achieve desired consistency and quality.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic maintenance as needed.

• Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) throughout all stages of food production.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including measuring and cutting using knives and other kitchen tools.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production goals.

Experience

• Previous experience in food processing or food production is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.

• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately are required.

• Experience working in a kitchen environment is advantageous, especially in roles involving sanitation and food handling.

• A passion for baking or culinary arts is a plus, contributing to creativity in ingredient blending and product development.
