Production Operator

Join Our Manufacturing Team!

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our fabrication and tube end forming department. This role involves operating machinery, following production processes, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery according to established procedures.

  • Maintain product quality through adherence to specifications.

  • Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Reliable attendance.

  • Ability to learn new skills and processes.

  • Experience with measuring techniques preferred.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (7-8 hours).

  • Previous machine operating experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $17-19/hour

  • Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
