Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, processing orders, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to team goals by assisting with training and coaching.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management software.

  • Experience in a call center environment preferred.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $18

  • Shift: 1st
